How to stay on track w/your fitness & nutrition progress

How was your January? Do you track your fitness and nutrition progress?

So many times I *think* I'm putting in the work, and getting frustrated with not seeing results, but when I actually track my progress I can see where my gaps are.... and then I have that "Oh, now I get it!" moment. haha 

I started using the Habit Bull tracker app a couple months ago. It's soooo eye opening! You can add in any categories you'd like. It also tells you your current streak and longest streak for each habit which gives you some extra motivation.

Some of the categories I've added are... 
✅ Workout
✅ Personal Development 
✅ Followed Meal Plan
✅ Shakeology 
✅ Run (my goal is to run 2x's/week)
✅ I even track when I remember to put my lash serum on every night!

Really, you can add ANYTHING you like!

Since I've been tracking, I haven't followed a meal plan this much in a long time. It feels really good!

⬇️ And I ended the month of January down 2.2 lbs. (I use the myfitnesspal app to track my weight.) I would have loved more (my weight has been stuck for about 2 weeks now and it's driving me crazy!) but I'll take it!

🎥 This month I'm also going to start tracking when I do live videos and when I blog because I'd like to get in the habit of doing more of those.
