Over the past two years my body has been out of whack. I’ve gained 20 lbs, my moles are starting to turn into old man skin tags, I have this new bat wing bra fat thing going on, and despite working my ass off in the gym, my body is not responding like it used to.
 
So I’ve decided to go all in and get to the root of the problem… hormonal imbalance… and I enrolled in a cycle synching certification course!   • They start on the first Monday of every month
