About a year ago, I ended a three-year relationship where I had gained 30 pounds. Ten of those pounds came off quickly afterward, but then I hit a wall. And I mean a stubborn wall. I was lifting heavy, eating protein, walking daily, taking my high-quality supplements, and doing all the “right” things. But I still felt off. ➡️ Brain fog ➡️ Inflammation ➡️ Constant ADHD overwhelm ➡️ Mindless scrolling ➡️ No progress on the scale Everything just felt… stuck.
