That's when I started my own 30-Day Ultimate Mind & Body Do-Over.
For 30 days I committed to a 30 minute workout each day. I fueled my body with whole foods and the best meal replacement shake I could find. I tracked my progress and my daily habits. I committed to growing as a person and I surrounded myself with the most supportive women out there.
Not only did I kick my sugar habit, completely debloat, gain muscle (and abs!) and lose almost 10 lbs, but I also gained FREEDOM! I learned how to have BALANCE in my life. I learned how to have RESULTS and a social life.

I know this program is about balance, but to gain balance we first need to get serious. Together, we are going to focus on 5 core elements.
- Nutrition - You know the saying, "You can't outwork a bad diet", and trust me, I've tried! So for the next 30 days you'll be getting rid of the shit that's been weighing you down and instead you'll be FUELING your body with the cleanest foods out there.... but don't worry, you'll still be able to add in a little wine and chocolate a couple times a week if you like.
- Workouts - You'll be doing one 30 minute workout a day, focusing on cardio, weights and stretching, throughout the 30 days. Don't let the short time frame fool you, these workouts are designed to get you serious results QUICK!
- Mindset work - Creating a LIFESTYLE change (one that doesn't have you gaining and losing the same 10 lbs over and over again) is about more than just fitness and nutrition. You need to get your mind right, too! Each day, in addition to your workout, you'll also be tapping into personal development to help you become the best version of yourself.
- Tracking your progress - Daily you'll be tracking your fitness, nutrition and mindset work to help you stay on track . Weekly you'll be tracking your physical results by taking pics, measurements and weighing in.
