Here’s the real kicker: most fitness and nutrition programs are built for male bodies, or worse, based on the idea that women just need to eat 1,200 calories and do fasted cardio to “fix” things. Wanna know why? Because "women are too complicated" to research. 🙄
Oh, and want to really blow your mind? Only 6% of medical research is done on women. Six. Percent. Until 1993, women weren’t even required to be included in studies on cancer, heart disease, diabetes, mental health, or even medication. (I’ll give you a minute to rage.)
