If it does, you're not alone! This was me a few short months ago before I took a deep dive into hormonal health and "cycle syncing" and what I learned blew my mind. 🤯

Your hormones affect so many things... your bone health, cholesterol, body fat distribution, libido, muscle mass, sleep, mood, mental clarity, energy, anxiety and depression, cravings, and can even play a part in headaches and migraines.
→ It explains why women sometimes work out religiously but can't lose weight or lose the belly fat
→ It explains why women sometimes have crazy energy and other times, feel completely winded after a workout
→ It explains why sometimes you're a social butterfly and full of Big Queen Energy, and other times you want to retreat into your cave
→ It explains why men recover from the same workout so much easier, and faster, than we do
→ It explains our food cravings around our cycle, and why our workouts tend to suck at certain times of our cycle
→ It explains SO. MUCH. 🤯
What I also found out is that most fitness and nutrition programs are designed with mens' bodies in mind because (get this 🙄) "women are complicated". Only 6% of medical research is done on women. SIX PERCENT. (If you wanna get really angry today, women weren't even required in clinical research for cancer, heart disease, Alzheimers diabetes, vaccines, Rx drugs, mental health, and more, until 1993.)
To add to all of this, what you're currently doing may be making the problem worse.
