Why Me?
I've done it all. Counted points, counted carbs, taken diet pills, done juice fasts, had freeze dried meals delivered to my door, I've tried almost every chemically processed "diet" food out there and I've eaten more "healthy" frozen meals than I could ever count.
And for some reason I couldn't stop gaining and losing that same 10-15 lbs over and over again.
I thought I was doing everything right, but I was tired, I felt like shit from eating like shit, and nothing in my closet fit anymore because I had put on 10 lbs without even realizing it. Again. I would go ALL IN for a couple days, maybe even a couple weeks, then it would all seem to fall apart and I'd be right back where I started, sometimes even worse off.
That's when I really learned about CLEAN EATING.
What to eat, what NOT to eat, and how to stop being lied to by food marketing companies who tell me their shit food is "healthy" and "low fat" and "sugar free", and most importantly how to make this a LIFESTYLE change, and not an on again off again emotional rollercoaster ride that it had been.
Now, I fuel my body with whole foods and the best meal replacement shake I could find. I track my progress and my daily habits. I've committed to growing as a person and I surround myself with the most supportive women out there. Because trust me, as strong and independent as I'd like to believe I am, I also know the importance of having support to lean into when I need it.
Not only did I kick my sugar habit, completely debloat, and notice changed in my sleep and skin that I didn't expect, I also gained FREEDOM! I learned how to have BALANCE in my life. I learned how to have RESULTS and a social life, not one or the other.
