3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes (gluten free)
I'm about 1/3 of the way through the test group for Beachbody's newest workout, 80-Day Obsession and I'm LOVING it!! I cannot wait until this comes out in January and YOU get to do it with me!!
The meal plan is SUPER strict, so I've been getting creative with different ways to get all my food in (and I do mean ALL MY FOOD, I've been eating non stop!!) I kept seeing protein pancake recipes popping up lately, so I decided to try them out for myself and see what all the hype was about, and omg they're sooo good! And so easy, too... you just throw everything in a blender!

Throw everything in a blender (I added a little water to thin it out)
Cook! A skillet would be perfect (I lost mine in a break up 🙄) but a large frying pan also works great.... and you might want to flip these a little sooner than I did. lol
