- Be Proof the Products work - It's hard to promote something you're not using yourself. We don't have to do EVERY Beachbody workout or use EVERY supplement, but we naturally talk about what we're doing. Are you doing a Beachbody workout, drinking Shakeology or using one of the Performance Line supplements like Energize, then you're already doing this behavior! The next step is to SHARE how you're fitting in these healthy choices while still maintaining balance.

- What if I'm not at my goal weight yet? It's so important to be YOU! People will relate to your journey because they'll be able to see themselves in it. If they only see your end goal they'll think to themselves, "That's great for you, but I could never do that."
- What if I'm super busy? We're all busy, whether you have 3 kids, work from home or work full time, are training for a triathlon or are busy traveling, a full plate is a full plate. I often think of this quote from a John Maxwell Leadership training I did a few years ago. “The questions is not ‘Is my calendar full?’ but ‘Who is filling my calendar?’ If it’s not you, you have no control over your life and you’re not focused on moving forward.” I knew that if things didn't change, things wouldn't change. Simple, right? Before I became a Beachbody coach, my calendar was being filled by everyone but myself. Now I have complete control.
- I don't want to be salesy. No matter what you do, you're in sales. Whether you're a waitress, a teacher, a parent, or a personal trainer, you're selling something. Have you ever read a Yelp or Amazon review? Or recommended your new favorite mascara or restaurant or perfect fitting pair of jeans to a friend? What about a book or the new workout shoes you love? That's selling! But how many of those companies have paid you for giving a recommendation? And how many of those products could literally change someone's life? - I'm not a fitness professional. Me neither! In fact, most of the coaches on my team have no fitness or nutrition background. We're just regular people who have found something that works for us and we want to share that with others. We're not writing meal plans or creating personalized workouts.
