6 Secrets of Love

Just a quick note today to share something I just learned! 

I'm listening to a webinar on relationships with the author of Mastering Your Mean Girl and she has 6 Secrets of Love that I love!!!! 

6 Secrets of Love.... 

1. Expectations ruin relationships 
2. View your relationship as a safe, sacred place... "container view"
3. Be selfish - don't look for the perfect partner... BE the perfect partner... it's YOUR definition of perfect, be who you want to attract
4. Be love - be the one who shows up first with love in all areas of your life
5. Take responsibility for how you show up in your own relationships - stop pointing fingers and blaming
6. Always ask yourself, "What can I learn from this and how can I grow?"

Don't expect people to treat you like a queen if you're treating yourself like crap.​
