A little morning motivation coming at you in 3, 2, 1…. 🤸♀️ 1️⃣ Schedule your workouts and put them on your google calendar just like you would any other important appointment 2️⃣ Lay out your workout clothes the night before 3️⃣ Follow a plan - the less you have to think about what to do, the easier it will be to just do it! 4️⃣ Chug your preworkout - after that there’s no turning back! ⚡️ 5️⃣ Share your goals with your friends - this will make you more likely to stick to them! 6️⃣ Switch your mindset from “ugh I have to workout” to “working out is something I just do, like brushing my teeth” or maybe even “I look forward to my workouts and always feel great after!” 7️⃣ Mix it up! The more you like the workout you’re doing the less likely you’ll be to skip it, and there’s always something magical about the energy that comes with starting a new program 8️⃣ Think of how you’ll feel AFTER your workout 9️⃣ Treat yourself to a new workout outfit 🔟 Turn up the beats! 🎧 I heard Mel Robbins say this yesterday and I love it....
