I believe in....

For the past couple years I've been big into writing down my goals and creating vision boards. It's crazy how powerful getting your ideas down on paper (or computer screen!) can be! Lately I've gone through so many big, scary, amazing and crazy life changes that I've really been doing a lot of reflecting and wondered why I haven't been doing this for all aspects of my life? So the other day while spending the morning on a beach in Barbados I got to brainstorming. My question to myself was... what do I believe in? I wanted this to be fun and flirty, nothing too serious... and I had the most fun every putting this together! So, in no particular order, here's my list!

• good wine

• laughing uncontrollably 
• kicking ass every day

I'm sure I'll be continually adding to and tweaking this as time goes on and as I continue to grow and evolve as a person. If you haven't yet, I definitely urge you to make your own I believe in list. And if you do, I'd love to hear what's on yours!
