I love to travel! Especially living in Buffalo, NY.... I'll find any chance I can get to escape in the winters to somewhere warmer (this year alone I've already been to Barbados, Cancun, a Caribbean cruise and Miami!) The one thing I don't love about travel though (besides packing and unpacking lol) is getting the travel bloat. Usually this happens the first day or two after flying, but I also get it on road trips from sitting in a car, not eating the best foods and not moving my body like I usually do. Doesn't exactly make you feel comfortable in your bikini!
So here are 5 things that I do to help beat the travel bloat....

Living in Buffalo, NY, I try to get out of the snow and cold and head somewhere warm as much as I can. Thankfully I have a career that sends me to some pretty amazing places (San Diego, Las Vegas, Nashville, Caribbean cruises, Cancun...) and it's also flexible enough that I can add in my own trips as well. Because of all this travel, I'd like to think I've become pretty good at packing. (Please don't ever ask me for unpacking tips. lol) So here's a list of everything I can't live without in my carryon!
