​It's been a while since I've answered the question, “Who are you and how did you end up in my inbox/social media, wherever you found me?” so….
 
🎧 Allow me to reintroduce myself 🎧
 
(I really hope you just read that in your best JayZ voice!) 
 
I'm Julie! And here's what I'm all about!

​I help burnt out and uninspired women (and some men!) by focusing on finding joy in your workouts and balance in your nutrition because I know the following is true:
  • The more FUN you have with your workouts the more likely you are to stick with them
  • The more balance you have in your food choices the less likely you are to keep gaining and losing the same 10 lbs over and over again
  • Both of these combined lead to results that last!

​My focus is based around small changes, done consistently, that add up to big results vs trying to overhaul everything at once, feeling overwhelmed and completely restricted, then quitting all together.

Most likely, I'm your Beachbody coach! You might have signed up directly through me, you may have been assigned to me when you signed up through Beachbody, or you may have signed up under another coach who has taken a step back and I've now been given the opportunity to take their place and give you the support you need!

​I'll leave you with 3 fun facts about myself, and then I'll let you get back to your summer!
  1. My first intro to Beachbody was with P90X after my VCR (yes, you read that right) ate the workout tape I had been doing. I've now been working as a Beachbody Coach for over 10 years!
  2. I met my boyfriend on Tinder while we were traveling in Costa Rica during the pandemic. Since then we've spent time in Mexico, Ecuador, and Dominican Republic, and now call Tampa (and sometimes Costa Rica) home. (So if you need tips for staying on track while traveling, I've got you!) ✈️
  3. My brother and I have our birthdays on the same day, 3 years apart, and we're total opposites. Where are my fellow Pisces?
