Over the past two years my body has been out of whack. I’ve gained 20 lbs, my moles are starting to turn into old man skin tags, I have this new bat wing bra fat thing going on, and despite working my ass off in the gym, my body is not responding like it used to. So I’ve decided to go all in and get to the root of the problem… hormonal imbalance… and I enrolled in a cycle synching certification course! I’m taking a deep dive into how to fuel and train your body according to your cycle and how to help you advocate for yourself to get to the root cause and understand your hormones better.
