3 Foods to Eat Every Day (and How to Fit Them Into 1 Meal!)

Here's a glimpse into my kitchen this morning and the 3 foods I try to eat every day! 

1⃣ Leafy greens loaded with fiber, folic acid, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, calcium, beta-carotene, phytochemicals and can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and certain cancers 
2⃣ Berries antioxidant rich which helps fight free radicals and can improve your skin & hair and prevent certain diseases and also loaded with vitamin C 
3⃣ Shakeology packed with antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins & minerals, probiotics & digestive enzymes which help with digestion, adaptogen herbs which help your body respond to stress, protein and fiber ​

1⃣ spinach 
2⃣ strawberries, blueberries and raspberries 
3⃣ vegan chocolate Shakeology (my favorite!)
