30 Reasons Not to Cheat on your Program

I'm not going to lie. These next 21 days aren't going to be easy, but I can promise you, if you stick with it and give it 100%, they will be worth it! There are going to be days when you don't feel like doing your workout. There are going to be times when you don't feel like following the meal plan. I know one workout or one cheat meal doesn't seem like it would make much difference, but here are 30 amazing reasons why you shouldn't cheat on your program (and yourself!) from my AMAZING friend, Tori Sullivant!
  1. You invested money into it
  2. You'll only be cheating yourself
  3. That cookie will be there when you're done and it won't even be that good
  4. You'll prove to yourself you're capable and can say that you didn't give up!
  5. You told someone you were doing this. You don't want to be a liar.
  6. You are inspiring people even if you don't realize it
  7. You did not buy all of that healthy food just to let it go to waste
  8. You are going to have glowing skin
  9. Your blood sugar and cholesterol will thank you
  10. You want a full and healthy life
  11. You've already made it this far
  12. That new outfit is going to look awesome on you!
  13. It's not that long of a commitment
  14. Cheating now just makes you more likely to do it again
  15. You worked way too hard too eat that junk!
  16. No you may not skip a mea, you need that food to build muscle
  17. Someone is watching
  18. It will feel great to button those jeans!
  19. Do it for the "WOW, you look awesome"
  20. Pictures!
  21. It will feel AWESOME to know what you accomplished
  22. You want to be healthy for your kids and family
  23. You've already turned down a temptation
  24. You'll feel better. Really, you will
  25. The couch isn't really that comfy
  26. 30 minutes is 2% of your day... 2%
  27. You're creating habits. Soon you won't even think twice
  28. You don't want to let yourself down again​

And as a special "babes only" bonus... I'd like to add in a couple of my own reasons...
  1. You'll look better naked
  2. You'll have better sex... seriously! The more fit you are, the more endurance and stamina you'll have. 
  3. To quote Legally Blonde.... Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Happy people don't shoot their husbands. They just don't.
