I think we've all been there. We see that one friend's fitness post that hits us at just the right time. We're feeling like shit, we're not exactly sure what happened or how we seemingly ended up gaining that 10 lbs back *overnight*, and we're determined to make this "THE. LAST. TIME". We reach out to our friend, order our new package that going to give us alllll the fitness and nutrition tools we need and is going to make everythingggg better, and then by week 2, or 3, or sometimes not even until month 2 or 3, we hit a wall. We don't feel like doing it anymore. We're not in the mood. And we can think of a laundry list of excuses why we can skip our workout, not have our shake that day, and eat and drink everything in sight. I want to tell you.... THIS IS NORMAL and it's something we all go through at one point in time or another. The difference between the people who stick with their program and get the results they want and the ones that don't... is mindset. Whenever you feel like throwing in the towel, pull out this list of reasons NOT to to help you stay on track!
