I hear this from soooo many babes..... "I start off so great and then life gets in the way." And I get it! We're all busy, shit happens, unexpected things pop up, there are going to be surprises that occur... but we do have control over more than you may think!
So here are my 7 tips to stay on track with your goals when life throws you a curve ball!
✅ Schedule your workouts just like you would schedule any other important appointment, and don't cancel! You can use an online calendar to have them repeat at the same time every day.
✅ Plan out your meals in advance.
✅ Meal prep on the weekends so you're not grabbing something in a hurry when you're on the go during the week. Make big batches of staples to have on hand and ready to go.
✅ Create lots of small meals from the food you meal prepped so each meal is grab and go.
✅ Get the crappy food out of your house so you're not tempted when you're short on time.
✅ Learn to say no. Are you constantly putting too much on your to do list? Can't say no to people? By writing down your goals it will make it easier to say no to things when they don't align with your priorities.
✅ Drop the guilt. The healthier and happier you are, the more valuable you're going to be to the people around you, so stop feeling bad about taking the time to better yourself. You deserve it!
