Take it from someone who was born in Canada and spent most of their life in Buffalo, NY… Summers are wayyyyy too short to be stuck inside working out all day! Let me break it down for you… Lets say you workout at a gym 30 min drive + 1 hr workout x 6 days/wk = 9 hours each week It’s a little better when you do your workouts at home 1 hour workout x 6 days/wk = 6 hours per week But what if you can still get great results, at home, doing 30 min workouts, and only 4 days a week? 30 min x 4 days/wk = 2 hours And just like that we freed up 7 hours of your week to spend outdoors soaking up the sun. Seven hours! 🙌🏼🏖 Those other 3 days can be spent hiking and walking trails with your family, swimming in the ocean, riding your bike to the market, taking an outdoor yoga class, paddle boarding, or just relaxing poolside with a good book. Or if you’re feeling super motivated one week you can throw in an extra workout! 🦄 The more fun you have, and the more you make something fit your lifestyle, the more likely you are to stick with it! PS That 2 hour/week formula is the one I followed for the month of April and saw great results from it, so I know firsthand it WORKS! 💪🏼 (Check out my results below!) This summer I want you to remember this… ✨ Some > None ✨ ➕ A 30 min workout is better than none ➕ A 15 min walk is better than none ➕ One healthy meal is better than none So… what are you doing with that extra 7 hours this summer!? Whether you're looking for a new workout to jumpstart your motivation, a meal plan to help get you back on track, or any combo in between, reach out and I can help you come up with a plan that fits your lifestyle and keeps you reaching your goals this summer!
