How To Get Back on Track After Vacation

​Spring is here! And for a lot of people this means spring break, travel, missed workouts, lost routines, all inclusives, and allllll the food and drinks (and leftover Easter candy!)
 
Here are 7️⃣ tips to help you get back on track after vacation! 
 
✈️ On your flight home 
  • Create a to do list of things you want and need to accomplish this week
  • Plan your meals for the week
  • Create a grocery list
🏡 Once you get home 
  • Unpack as soon as possible
  • Start your laundry
  • Grocery shop or place an InstaCart order
  • Get back into your sleep, workout and food routine​ ​

​​My best tip: the sooner you get back into your normal routine schedule, the easier easing back into real life will be! Just remember to go easy on yourself, that post vacation slump is no joke!
