Happy April!!! 
 
Phew, this year is flying by already!! As we enter into the second quarter of the year, it's a great time to sit down and re-evaluate your goals!
 
You might not have hit every goal you set, but that's ok! Asking yourself these questions can help you refocus and build momentum. 
  • How did you do with your goals in the first 3 months?
  • What worked for you that you can bring into Q2?
  • What needs to be adjusted or left in Q1?


​I'm a visual person, so I love using a monthly calendar to track my daily habits. I add them to my Instagram Stories and add different emojis depending on what I'm tracking.
