You don’t have to give up your social life when you have fitness and nutrition goals! I mean, abs are great, but not if they keep you from actually living life! Instead of viewing things as “on” or “off”, what about just being “better”? I try to keep my restaurant orders simple… tons of veggies and a side of protein. One of my go to's is a salad w/salmon, but another fav is a Caesar salad w/shrimp! 🥥 I also got a drink that I’m totally going to recreate this summer! It was skinny coconut rum with muddled mint and lime juice. I just placed an InstaCart order for coconut La Croix, so I’ll keep you posted on what I create!
