If you had told me 3 weeks ago that I'd be having this much FUN and getting these results from dancing to country music in my living room for 30 min a day and following a simple meal plan (which includes wine and chocolate!) I'd think you were CRAZY!!
And just being honest, I was also nervous I'd be wasting a month of my summer working out and measuring food and not being able to enjoy myself and go out and have drinks with friends. (Did I mention the workouts are only 30 min and you can have wine and chocolate!?)
So here are my results!
After 3 weeks I'm down a total of 7.1 lbs.... which means I'm back to pre-surgery weight!
But really, why are we always so hard on ourselves? This week I want you to consciously make an effort to go easy on yourself. I'm not saying you get to be a slacker all week, but really take the time to appreciate all of the amazing things you're doing "close enough" instead of focusing your attention on everything you're not doing "perfect".
I'm ready to bring on the FINAL WEEK!!!
