I'm not sure if you can relate to this, but….
Over the past two years my body has been out of whack. I’ve gained 20 lbs, my moles are starting to turn into old man skin tags, I have this new bat wing bra fat thing going on, and despite working my ass off in the gym, my body is not responding like it used to.
So I’ve decided to go all in and get to the root of the problem… hormonal imbalance… and I enrolled in a cycle synching certification course! I’m taking a deep dive into how to fuel and train your body according to your cycle and how to help you advocate for yourself to get to the root cause and understand your hormones better.
Spring is here! And for a lot of people this means spring break, travel, missed workouts, lost routines, all inclusives, and allllll the food and drinks (and leftover Easter candy!)

I took my before pics, pulled out the calendar, and went straight to facebook and told EVERYONE. Put your goals out there and you’re more likely to stick to them, right?
Within a week I knew I hated every second of every workout, and not long after that I found myself secretly hopping I somehow got injured so I had an excuse to stop. Yes, you read that right.
